The Robson Ranch Music Club sponsored our annual Halloween Dance and Karaoke Party on Oct. 29, after a two-year hiatus due to you know what. The event, known as Scary-Oke, has always been a Robson favorite.
It turned out to be a “funtastic” time for all of our disguised guests! The costumes were amazing. Folks were more than ready to costume up and show off costume-tivity with heads held high and a gleam in their eye.
Beauty and the Beast, Mary Poppins, witches, cowboys, bikers, Wonder Woman, Superman, and even a werewolf came ready to party the night away. That just names a few examples of the outstanding costumes. Go to our website rrmusicclub.com and see all the amazing people who went all out in putting their costumes together. The Karaoke was, as always, great fun and entertaining.
Then, what would a Robson dance be without our line dancers, always such fun!
Thanks, Bert Zeitlin, for leading the fancy steppers.
The Music Club gave out three gift certificates to the Grill for costume prizes.
The Funniest Costume prize went to Michele and Paul Brandt who were a Loofah and Bar of Soap.
We could say they cleaned up nicely!
The Scariest Costume went to Jeffrey Whitcomb as the Chainsaw Murderer.
Okie Dokie, Scary-Okie, boy, howdy, he was scary!
Then the Most Creative prize went to Bill and Fran Hackley, who were a Surgeon and his Patient, just off the operating table, who came to butt in on the party.
The dancing, singing, and laughter went well into the evening.
Can’t wait to see you all again next year all decked out in favorite flair! Well done, Robson!
Coming up next for the Music Club is “Christmas at the Ranch.”
This is our annual Christmas concert, again, not done since 2019 because of, well, you know.
